Licensed Cosmetologist Est. 2017 COVID Masks must be worn at all times. No exceptions. No mask, no service. Please don’t book an appointment if you are awaiting COVID results, have been exposed, feel sick or have traveled within the last 14 days Payment Form of payment Cash, Apple Pay and zelle. Cancellation/ No shows Same day cancellations and no shows are a 55% fee total of your service. If you cancel your appointment after 8pm the day before your appointment it will be considered a same day cancellation. No shows are automatically banned from booking future appointments Tardiness A grace period of 15 minutes is given. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation/ no show fee. Booking New clients: A non refundable deposit of $20 is required via Zelle or Apple Pay after booking. Your deposit can be sent to the number provided after booking. No deposit within 12 hrs will result in declining your future appointment. Please arrive with bare nails. I do not work on top of other nail techs Ensure that your first AND last name are included in your booking profile. No extra guests unless they are being serviced or if they are your parent/guardian. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Nails By Diana has a 55% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Nails By Diana at 12404645194 as soon as possible to reschedule.
